Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Jeremy W. Harpe, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 23, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .199 percent. Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Collins imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Harpe $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Amanda K. Johnson, 26, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 15, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .202 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for six months and put her on probation for three years.

• Dixon Mazon, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 26, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .208 percent. Levy imposed 100 days in jail with 75 days suspended, fined Mazon $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Mark Geil, 60, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 30, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .126 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Geil $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Ty McMichael, 42, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 5, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .096 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined McMichael $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
