Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Philip Sellick, 27, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 23, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .147 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Sellick $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Tracie Temanson, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a April 14, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .141 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Temanson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Andrew Marquez, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 2, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .162 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Marquez $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Russell Smith, 35, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 18, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .170 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Smith $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
