Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Dustin Roberts, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 16, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .209 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Roberts $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Charles D. Blattner, 41, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 25, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .115 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Blattner $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Jeffrey L. Osborne, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 28, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Osborne $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
