Singer-songwriter Kray Van Kirk of Juneau, above, plays acoustic guitar Monday on the first dayof the 31st Alaska Folk Festival at Centennial Hall. 150 acts slated to appear during the festival this week. Van Kirk called his set, "From the shores of Wales to the dust of Gilgamesh."
