Favorite artists: "I don't really have a favorite artist, but I like to sing Broadway and listen to most songs on MTV."

Future plans: "I would like to keep singing forever and possibly do it professionally when I get older. I want to finish high school, go to college, then just see where life takes me."

Activities: "I am in the Alaska Youth Choir, and I just got done with Juneau Lyric Opera's 'Beauty and the Beast.'"

You should know: "I have a silly terrier named Finnegan."

Her music director, Sally Smith, says: "Taylor Vidic is full of surprises, and working with her on Beauty and the Beast was a special treat. Seemingly shy and detached, Taylor volunteered to try new things and was willing to take risks that improved her stage character and her music and theater skills. Once she tried something, she worked on her own to make it better. When she wasn't sure she understood direction, she asked questions that were thoughtful and to the point, and if she had a problem, she asked for help. This focus helped her to reach new levels in her performance arts. Although cast because she could sing, she also grew as an actor. With her approach to new experiences and learning, Taylor will be eligible for bigger and better roles in music and theater."
