Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
Shawn Bethers, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 8, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .113 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Bethers $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
Dennis Skeek, 32, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 13, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .228 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Skeek $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
