Caitlin Woolsey of Sitka High School recites "The New Decalogue" by Ambrose Bierce during the Poetry Out Loud National Recitation Contest. Woolsey won the event. Woolsey will go on to compete in the national event April 27-28 in Washington, DC. The first place prize is a $20,000 scholarship from the sponsors, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation.
