Margaret Steel Griffin and Jacob Randall Buck, both of Juneau, were married on Dec. 12, 2008, at Glacier Valley Baptist Church in Juneau. A reception immediately followed at The Twisted Fish.

The bride is the daughter of Pete and Kathryn Griffin. A University of Alaska Southeast graduate, she is an administrative assistant for Canary and Associates Inc.

The groom is the son of Todd and Jodie Buck. Also a UAS graduate, he is the sales and rental manager for Panhandle Powerboats LLC.

The maid of honor was Kerri Powers. Bridesmaids were Anne Doyle and Colleen Webb.

The best man was Ben Olson. Groomsmen were Brian Doyle and Adam Davis. Ushers were Peter Griffin and Nathaniel Buck.

The couple honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and made their home in Juneau.
