Spotlight
SPOTLIGHT For the Juneau Empire The arts can be a natural outlet for coping with distress, but they can also bring to light certain dark issues that may have been the cause of the distress in the first place. Composers, designers, performers and other artists often seem able to conceptually express more about these dark areas than philosophers and academics can, using fewer words and more subtle modes of expression. This subtlety of expression is one of the strengths of "Doubt: A Parable," Perseverance Theatre's second production of the 2008-09 season.
