Anime party: From left, Allison Brandt, Robin "Clyde" Orcutt, Sheron Schramm and Chariece Sarabia pose at an anime party Saturday at the University of Alaska Southeast Egan Building. The party was held in honor of Brandt, who recently returned from AuroraCorp's third annual Aurora-Con anime and video convention held Sept. 27-28 in Anchorage. Orcutt and Schramm attended with her. Various community members donated the ticket money and miles so Brandt, Orcutt and Schramm could attend the convention.
