Occupation: College professor.
Family: Married for 33 years to Mary Anderson. Three children: Justin, JDHS graduate; Tia and Emily, who completed teaching degrees at UAS. Tia teaches at the Juneau Community Charter School.
Community service: Juneau Personnel Board; Juneau Human Rights Commission; DIPAC Board of Directors; AWARE's Delta committee; PFLAG member; hospice volunteer.
