STATE JUNEAU EMPIRE Legislators who have been advocating in-state natural gas use, and sometimes criticizing Gov. Sarah Palin's TransCanada proposal, spent the first day of the special session that began Wednesday critiquing Palin's proposal for in-state gas development.
