Climbers venture into Alaska's unknown for cancer research

Making preparations: Members of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center's Big Expedition team climb to base camp on May 20 on Mount Rainier in Washington. They were training for an ascent of an unnamed, 8,290-foot peak in Glacier Bay National Park to take place later this summer.
