Hydro power could return by early June

Up and away: A Boeing 234 Chinook helicopter lifts a 12,000-pound self-supporting transmission tower Friday at the Snettisham hydroelectric project. The tower was one of the last to be replaced, as Alaska Electric Light & Power Co. revised its estimate for completion of repairs to June 8.
