Conserving not only for the birds: A raven perches on a darkened time and temperature sign Monday on City Hall. Juneau Mayor Bruce Botelho requested City Manager Rod Swope turn off the sign as a power-saving measure. "Perhaps when motorists drive by, they will see the time and temperature turned off.
