Surprise visit: Rep. Bob Lynn, R-Anchorage, meets with Emilie Sperl, dressed as a Valkyrie character, on Monday on the steps of the Capitol. Sperl, from Petersburg, was in Juneau to promote the upcoming 50th anniversary of the Little Norway Festival, which will be held in Petersburg on May 15-18.
