NEIGHBORS For the Juneau Empire Arts for Kids, a local nonprofit group dedicated to supporting and sustaining art education in the Juneau School District, will host the fourth annual Community Arts Celebration from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday in the Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School commons. This family event is free and open to people of all ages.
