Read it Later
Windows/Mac/Linux (Firefox): Keep track of your daily to-read list with the Read it Later Firefox extension. Similar to Readeroo, which integrates directly with Del.icio.us, Read it Later takes a slightly different approach, keeping your reading list local until you read it and decide whether you want to bookmark it. If you do, you have the option to bookmark on any number of popular bookmarking sites, from Del.icio.us to Digg. The drawback is that Read it Later doesn't currently sync across browsers, which would be a nice touch. Read it Later is free, works wherever Firefox does.

Tired of pulling from the same sad-looking clip art files in Microsoft Word? Need a funny, cute or weird image to liven up a presentation? The Open Clip Art Library (http://openclipart.org/media/view/media/home) has you covered. More than 10,000 Scalable Vector Graphic images - the kind that still look smooth when you resize them - are posted there, freely licensed for use in personal or commecial projects. OpenOffice users can also get a clip art infusion by installing OxygenOffice Professional, and DIY types might think about setting aside some clip art for customized wrapping paper.
